- Data checking at the Property Registry.
- Confirming with the property administrator the status of the property.
- Preparation and supervising of private sale , purchase or lease contracts.
- Preparation of escritura (deeds) and transmitting the deeds to the Notary
office for attention (and arranging power of attorney if necessary).
- Provision and advice at the Notary´s office to solve any difficulties or
unexpected problems.
- Settlement and payment of levies and land taxes.
- Registering the property at the Property Registry.
- Arranging change of ownership or registration with the electricity, water
and gas services.
